Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS)

There are 5 grades of Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The RSS is graded visually according to the requirements of the end users. RSS is used as a raw material in various industries such as tyres, conveyor belts, rubber pipes, shoes, automotive parts, etc. These products are graded visually based on the cleanliness of the sheets which range from Ribbed smoked sheets1 to 5.To ensure the correct quality as requested by the customers the process begins with the selection of raw material, washing, correct smoking procedure and professional grading by ourstaff. Packaging is divided into 2 main types, large bales and small bales. These are packed in a variety of ways to meet customers requirements.
